Shipping policy

Shipping Options & Costs:

Shipping costs are automatically provided and/or calculated at checkout based upon items selected and chosen service option.  Your order may ship using a combination of shipping carriers. 

By default, we will ship USPS for domestic orders with standard insurance coverage.  We recommend you purchase additional shipping insurance for package(s) in excess of that amount.  Custom Rod Building Jigs will not be responsible for handling the claim process.

Backorders:

Orders will ship complete as most items are manufactured in house.  If an item is backordered and not expected within a reasonable time an email will communicate the current expected lead time.

Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 days.  Holidays and Rod Building events may impact timing - please reference the scrolling banner across the home screen regarding possible delays.

Duties & Taxes for International Shipments:

Duties and taxes are calculated on the website for orders.  An additional fee for currency conversion will be added as applicable.  Your order may need customs clearance for delivery.
