Keep your valuable Garmin Chartplotter more secure and help prevent an accidental release of your unit from the quick release cradle. The G-Lock encapsulates the release button, not allowing it to release the chartplotter from the cradle. Supplied with a stainless steel M3 phillips head screw that can easily be replaced with a tamper resistant screw to help prevent unwanted tampering/removal. For those who frequently change positions of their chartplotter in their boat, you can leave the screw out to easily slide the dovetailed key out of the way. A stainless cotter pin is provided to secure the dovetailed key when not using the screw.
The theft deterrent version includes a torx tamper resistant fastener and bit for the extra bit of security.
